📋Overview

These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and dv44 (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). To register and maintain an active account on dv44, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a real individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, automated bots, and proxy registrations are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.
• You must be the rightful owner of any payment method used. Third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or self-excluded from the dv44 platform or any affiliated service.

📝Account Registration & Verification

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on dv44. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all associated funds and bonuses. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information. dv44 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any stage, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued national identification card (NID) or passport
• Proof of address such as a recent utility bill or bank statement
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account)
• A selfie photograph for facial recognition when requested

💰Deposits & Withdrawals

🎁Bonuses & Promotions

dv44 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of offer:

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. Each player may claim a welcome bonus once per lifetime account.
• Wagering requirements (rollover) must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with or gain advantage on the platform.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using dv44 for any illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or staff members to gain an unfair advantage in any game or event.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors. Any winnings obtained through a platform error are not valid and will be voided.

dv44 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in any investigation concerning illegal activity on the platform. Player data may be disclosed where required by law.
